The construction of social housing houses continues in Salavat Cooper

The construction of nine social housing houses continues in the residential complex “Makhәbbәt” in the residential area “Salavat Kuper” in Kazan. Their technical readiness varies from 11% to 64%. The construction of houses will allow us to fulfill one of the main objectives of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment” - providing affordable and comfortable housing for our citizens.

All apartments in the buildings will be equipped with plumbing, electric stoves, fire alarm sensors, water and electricity meters, heat regulators and an automatic remote data reading system.

In the residential complex “Makhabbet”, five of the new buildings have already been completed and occupied. 564 Kazan families received comfortable housing under affordable, preferential terms of social mortgages.

“Mәkhәbbәt” was designed taking into account modern urban requirements - these include comfortable common areas, courtyards without cars, recreation areas according to age preferences, there is everything for both a relaxing holiday and noisy games.
